Silver Scissors exists to provide the highest caliber of salon services to those who cannot get themselves to a traditional salon, whether due to disability, chronic illness, or cognitive impairment. Our goal is to help you or your loved one maintain independence and quality of life by providing essential personal care in the comfort of home.Good personal care is a necessary ingredient for good health and a sense of well-being.
